This collar is reminiscent of many of the Egyptian collars seen on statuary and in paintings. I developed this style after viewing a Meroe period exhibit at the Toronto ROM, hence the name. It features larger beads and less construction time than the bugle and seed bead collars. They can easily be completed in an evening. There are always four colors, one main vertical and one main horizontal, with two accents. They also feature a variety of shapes and surface finishes: matte, transparent, AB and metal. There are currently four color schemes available and are listed with the vertical first, the horizontal, then the accents. All the kits are gone. I do have directions for their assembly, but due to the way I packaged them, I do not have any color charts or bead sizes for them. If you are really dying to make one, please contact me directly and we'll talk. |
