I had just taken an online class with Sharon Boggon to learn silk ribbon embroidery whereupon my husband immediately fell in love with the technique. After buying me a nice selection of ribbons, I decided to stitch him a piece as a surprise birthday present featuring daffodils, his favorite flower. Win-win.
